The 60th annual Zone 13 Pony Club Jamboree was held in Inverell at the weekend and it proved very successful for Tenterfield riders.

The club took 17 competitors to the event, which ran from Friday through to Sunday, with a handful of members taking out champion and reserve champion sashes, as well as winning perpetual trophies.
Friday saw the dressage, show jumping and campdraft competitions with many riders receiving placings in all three competitions as well as Tenterfield Pony Club winning the dressage trophy for overall highest points.
Saturday saw flat riding with teams of fours starting the day.
Tenterfield came home with the trifecta, winning all three sub-juniors, juniors and seniors categories.
Sporting began that afternoon with the bonfield bounce and barrel race, many riders receiving ribbons.
Sunday was final day with sporting flag race, bending, and cloverleaf with the end of the competition running with the final of the flag and bend.
A number of our riders made these very exciting finals.
A mounted presentation concluded the weekend.
Elloise Butler finished reserve champion 7 and under nine years, Hollie Thomas won champion 9 and under 11 years, Phoebee Lyons was the 13 and under 15 years champion with Chloe Thomas receiving reserve.
Chloe Thomas won the Roger Braham Memorial trophy, Hollie Thomas received the Macdonald Trophy and the junior team of four winning the overall highest point score 9 to under 13 years.
