The Ducks won the toss and sent the Billy Goats into bat at the match held at Shirley Park.
The Goats were dealt early blows with Scott Coventry caught on one off Will Sheather's bowling and then Mark Palfreyman and Will Ramsay sent packing, Dylan Horn doing the dismissing.
Ed Hickson and Andrew Moore provided some resistance before Hickson went on 11 off Daniel Leeson's bowling.
The middle order batsmen added some runs with James Moore top-scoring with 27 as the Billy Goats made 100 from 20 overs.
For the Ducks' bowlers, Horn finished on 2-4, Sheather 2-1, Leeson 2-13, Dylan Turner 1-14 and Tom Butler 1-11.
In their run chase, the Ducks openers got the ball rolling early with Sheather and Ben Austin posting a partnership of 42 before losing a wicket. Austin was the first to go for 21 off John Finlay's bowling, then Will Ramsay snared the wicket of Sheather who posted 28 including two fours and a six.
James Jerome was the only other wicket to fall, with seven, off Andrew Moore as Jayson Murphy and Horn remained at the crease with 18 not out and 17 not out respectively.
The Ducks had chased down the required runs, to get their side home and win the trophy in 15.3 overs.
