Tenterfield Captain Darcy Rolph won the toss and elected to bat.
The Tenterfield team were all out in the 24th over but managed to score a defendable total of 88 runs thanks to an excellent partnership between opener Ed Palfreyman and No 3 batter Darcy Rolph.
Ed was not out on 13 at the end of the Tenterfield innings and his time at the crease featured a four and some nice placement to score a number of singles and 2s.
There was some outstanding batting by Darcy Rolph who top scored with 25 which included a great 6 and three 4s before he was unfortunately run out after facing 20 balls.
Well done also to Shayden Manu who faced his full quota of 20 balls before being bowled out for 5.
Stanthorpe managed 4/91 in the 17th over to pass the Tenterfield total.
There was some outstanding bowling by the Tenterfield team including Will Spiller 2 overs 1/8 and Shayden Manu 1/14.
Well done to Finn Palfreyman 0/2; Kyanne Fowler 0/3 and Darcy Rolph 0/3 who all bowled 2 tight overs that included a maiden.
There has been a huge improvement in skills since Tenterfield's first game against Stanthorpe.
Ed Palfreyman's efficient fielding resulted in two run outs and Shayden Manu took a difficult catch in the covers to remove Stanthorpe's dangerous opening batter.
