The musicians will be back, however, as long as inclement weather stays at bay.
Beats in Bruxner is an initiative of the Tenterfield Chamber of Tourism, Industry & Business to reactivate the township following community hardship caused by drought, bushfires and COVID-19.
It also provides local musicians with a live performance platform.

The lineup includes local musicians such as Jess Lockwood, Christine Davis, Helen Conway, Peter Harris, and more, based near Bruxner Park on Rouse Street between 10am and 2pm.
Local businesses are being encouraged to extend their opening hours over the next two weekends to maximise the economic benefits.
Performances are scheduled for the long weekend coming up (October 3, 4 and 5), and for the following weekend October 10 and 11, performers and weather dependant.
The events will operate under the Outdoor Council of Australia's Framework for Rebooting Outdoor Activities in a COVID-19 Environment and it is important that all current NSW Health advice and guidelines are adhered to.
This includes not gathering as a crowd, so groupies need to maintain a social distance.
