Things are heating up in Tenterfield with junior cricket commencing this Friday at 5pm with their presentation from last season.
Little Athletics is also due to start with the Border Blues club ready to launch into action.
The club celebrated a successful season last summer with seven athletes qualifying for the state championships event.
Unfortunately the event was called off due to the coronavirus pandemic but the club is hopeful of getting to a representative once again.
Their first meet begins on Tuesday, October 20 with the first trial day for new members and a recording day for returning members.
The second trial date is the following Tuesday, October 27.
The Border Blues conduct their meets from 5pm at Federation Park.
They cater for under 5s through to under 17s with the cost $100 and Active Kids vouchers are accepted.
The season will go to March in 2021.
Also beginning soon, will be Tenterfield Swim Club with their various levels of squad sessions starting from next Monday.
