Beautiful sunshine, albeit with a tricky breeze, welcomed 18 bowlers back to the green on Sunday and what a great afternoon.
Playing pairs following Covid-19 Safe Guidelines, the bowlers quickly got back into the game resulting in some very close games.
Jo Moore and Gil Battersby held on to win their game by one point defeating Bevan Brown and Judy Richardson 22/21 and 10 ends each.
Winners of the $20 voucher closest to seven were Val Butler and Julie Brown with a margin of four with their win against Maria Petrie and Barbara Carter 24/20.
Drink voucher was won by George Little with his name pulled out and the Bonanza was not won.
Wednesday the Ladies will have their open Social Day register by 9:30 am and Sunday, with the postponement of the AGM and the return to 1.00 pm start, register by 12:30 pm and join us back on the Green.
