At the end of their 30 overs Armidale had scored 8-154. With the exception of our keeper, Oscar Kelsall, each of the Tenterfield players bowled three overs. Figures were as follows:
Toby Rolph - 1-9 - no wides or no balls!
Cody Chisholm - 1-16 - congratulations to Cody on claiming his first rep wicket by bowling the Armidale No 5
Wilson Palfreyman - 1-16
Finn Palfreyman - 1-16
Jordan Merchant - 1-17
Keegan Rhodes - 0-8
Will Spiller - 0-9
Tom Hickson - 0-17
Olivia Merchant 0-20

Well done to Finn on nabbing two runouts. Overall the standard of fielding was very high. Oscar was excellent behind the stumps, making some nice saves and missing very little.
In response Tenterfield could only muster 110 runs.
Congratulations to Toby who was at his destructive best, scoring 52 runs off just 34 deliveries before being caught in the slips.
This outstanding innings included four sixes and six fours - 40 runs in boundaries.
Well done also to Tom who was once again excellent in the opening bat position, compiling a patient 15 runs off 27 balls with one four.
Will made a handy 10 runs off 21 balls before being runout.

Well done to Jordan who occupied the crease for 19 balls before being bowled for one.
This was an excellent performance by our Tenterfield team against a very strong Armidale outfit in our first rep outing of the season with very little practice under their belt due to ongoing wet weather. Well done everyone!
Tenterfield Junior Cricket would also like to take this opportunity to thank the Tenterfield Chamber of Commerce for their donation of $500 worth of Tenterfield True cards which enabled us to buy 18 game balls and four practice balls from Jeff Hollands Sports Store for use by our juniors. Much appreciated!
