With a new council to be inducted in January, it is time for the Tenterfield Shire Council to review the community's vision for the future.
The council said it is looking to hear from members of the community to help review and update the council's set of plans for the future direction of the council and the community over the next 10 years.

Council said it was a requirement of the NSW Integrated Planning and Reporting legislation that local governments have a community strategic plan and review it with each new team of council.
The review is to ensure the plan's relevance with the current and future community.
"We're ready to listen to the community and invite you to share your vision for our wonderful region. Please have your say and together we can continue working towards a shared long-term vision for Tenterfield Shire Council," a spokesperson said.
"From December 2021 through to early February 2022 we want to hear about your priorities and aspirations for the Tenterfield region."
The spokesperson said there were plenty of ways to provide your feedback with a survey available on the website www.tenterfield.nsw.gov.au, or email or send a letter to council. Post submissions to PO Box 214, Tenterfield NSW 2372.
You can also call the council and ask for your feedback to be recorded or speak to staff in person at council offices.
A number of pop-up feedback sessions will also be held, visiting and talking to the community in Tenterfield, Mingoola, Jennings, Urbenville, Liston, Legume, Drake and Torrington.
