The second annual Christmas Tree Festival was a success with local businesses, groups and individuals contributing a decorated Christmas tree. Some were traditional, others were handmade and there were even completely wacky designs.

- Best Use of Recycled Materials - Tenterfield High School
- Under School Age Child (4 years and under) - Kiara Holley
- Primary School Child (5-12 years) - Beejay Holley
- Most Innovative - Mum Squad
There was also a kids' colouring comp.
