Residents can collect two free 10 litre water containers per household and a barbecue will be operating between 11am and 3pm, similar to the earlier operation last month.
"Most of our store team live in Tenterfield so we know the drought and fire conditions are making things really tough for many people locally," Coles Store Manager Kyle Swift said.
"This week we will be delivering and donating an additional 60,000 litres of drinking water which we hope will help make life just a little bit easier for the community.
"We're grateful to partner with the local shire, NSW Farmers local branch and the CWA.
"Coles has been part of the community for about 15 years and it's great to see so many people come together to help out."

Note that this time there is no capacity to home-deliver water to households whose addresses are not marked off the distribution list. Those unable to collect the water themselves are urged to make arrangements with family and friends to act on their behalf.
As well as the two truckloads of water for Sunday's giveaway, Coles dispatched an additional truck on Tuesday afternoon to distribute bulk drop offs of water to Tenterfield Hospital, Meals on Wheels, aged care facilities, TAFE, schools, kindergarten, RFS, BlazeAid, the veterinary clinic, Aboriginal health centre, nursery and playgroup, the police station, and the rural communities of Bolivia/Sandy Flat, Mingoola, Sunnyside/Tarban, Drake, Steinbrook and Scrub Road.
McLeans Transport is acting as a hub for these bulk deliveries, and Tenterfield Councillor and NSW Farmer's Bronwyn Petrie thanked Cathy McLean and the army of volunteers that is making this all possible.
The deliveries will help replenish supplies at the Drake Resource Centre and Mingoola Produce, which is available to be collected by residents in those areas. Distribution in the Bolivia/Sandy Flat will be advised via letterbox drop, with other centres making their own distribution arrangements.
