Adi is the brains behind Polish Works an organisation providing personal, professional and social improvement and development based in Glen Innes.
What can only be described as the worst drought in history and fires raging in the area, it was an achievement to have so many young women in attendance.
The ladies enjoyed self defence lessons, nutritional talks, make up tutorials, manners, speech preparation and interview skills just to name a few.

The weekend provided a platform for the entrants of this year's The Land Showgirl competition to come together and network, learn new skills and prepare themselves for the zone judging early in the new year.
Stephanie reported the weekend as an enjoyable and educational experience where she learnt the tools to help her succeed not only for the next stage of competition but in life.
"The calibre of presenters was incredible, and the experience was something I will treasure," she said.
"I am very thankful to my show committee for providing me with this opportunity."
Our future ambassadors and representatives for The Land Showgirl competition are now ready and prepared for the adventure ahead, and we look forward to watching their journey.
