Wallangarra State School recently held its badge ceremony for school captains and leaders.

Special guests included Queensland Education Department assistant regional director Graeme Lacey and Sargeant Alan Baker from Wallangarra Police. Parents also attended to support their child and the school.
After the ceremony parents and leaders enjoyed a lovely morning tea prepared by the staff.
The leaders are really enjoying their roles this year and have many ideas for fundraising for the school and the upcoming camp in Term 4.
Sergeant Alan Baker and Assistant Regional Director Graeme Lacey were special guests at the ceremony which saw Maddison Purcell and Elizabeth Noble presented with their school captain badges.
