Flying Officer Bill Pike, 22, and Flight Lieutenant Mark Fallon, 24, died during a training exercise in Tenterfield on April 2, 1987.
The RAAF team from Amberley were joined by members of the Tenterfield RSL Sub Branch and the community including John and Barbara Brown.
Trevor and Ann Austin who volunteer their time along with Andrew Bates in maintaining the memorial site where also present for the service.
The April 2 crash happened when an F-111 narrowly missed a house and ploughed across the road and into a paddock along the Mt Lindesay Rd, leaving a trail of flames behind it.
The team from Amberley was led by Flight Lieutenant Jasmine Richards and Flying Officer Emmanuel Murray.
Sergeant Richard Kiraly commanded the Catafalque Party of Sergeant Matthew Hall, Leading Aircraftmen, Lachlan Tunks, Marc Rodriquez and Tyler Halcrow.
