Forty riders are expected and disciplines including flat riding, dressage, sporting, campdraft and polocrosse are expected to be catered for. Emmaville secretary Tess Klingner said it wraps up on January 7 with the gymkhana day where a lot of non-competitive members turn out to try their had at the various events.
“The social side as much as anything plus there are some kids that don't go to any competition days so the gymkhana is a bit exciting for those kids,” she said.
Emmaville are still taking registrations for their camp and membership for the new year. Email emmponyclub@gmail.com for more information.
