Saturday saw a great game for both Fillies teams. Both teams were very competitive in the first half with United leading at the half time break. In the second half, Tenterfieldʼs Samantha Croft came out strong scoring five goals, Tenterfield came away to win 6-3.

In the Junior Colts, Tenterfield continue to improve each week, Blake Anderson from Tenterfield put the ball in the back of the net twice, but United were too strong with Walker Murphy scoring 3 goals helping his team take the win 7-2.
Senior Colts had a very competitive and even first half, this game could have gone either way, it being 1-1 at half time. With some United ladies helping to make up numbers they proved to be too strong and took the win 5-2.
Both ladies teams were hungry for a win and it showed in a close first half. Tenterfield were fielding a lot of girls playing in there third game for the day, with a nil-all half time score fitness was always going to be an issue.
A great long range goal from Danielle Musumeci just after half time took United to the lead for most of the second half.
Olivia Croft snatched an equaliser towards the end and a lot of tired players were happy to see a 1-1 draw at full time.
With both A Grade teams fielding young teams in the 2018 season this game was always going to be a close contest. United shot out of the blocks early with some great team plays. Tenterfield slowed the scoring with Andrew Stewart making some great saves. Unfortunately for Tenterfield the second half showed a well-drilled United team running out easy winners 9-0
