The show – composed and choreographed in Dublin – is a vivid portrayal of Ireland’s story through music and dance.
It features stars directly from London’s West End, many of them champion Irish dancers.
Organisers say that, while Irish dance has come a long way since Riverdance and Lord of the Dance, this specially choreographed production takes the art form to the next level.
"A Taste of Ireland is the true heart of Ireland. The show will transport the audiences to a time and place where tunes, taps, and tradition were all part of the soul.”
The show is choreographed by, and stars Brent Pace (ex-Gaelforce Dance and Rhythms of Ireland lead soloist and national record holder), Ceili Moore (world champion and Lord of the Dance lead soloist), Jack Kearney (world dance drama champion), and Jonty Moore (current world champion).
It features ballads and tunes from across Ireland, played on Irish accordion, fiddle, mandolin and banjo – and the Uilleann pipes, Ireland’s national bagpipe.
“The performance fuses contemporary and heartfelt airs to tell a romantic tale as old as time,” organisers say. “Dazzling feet meet moments of Irish wit in this unforgettable night of storytelling and entertainment.”
