Michael Combe, Luke Annetts, Rachel Brown, Damian Keys and Ian Main all finished the gruelling 160 kilometre event held in Imbil, Queensland.
Around 300 horses and riders lined up for the start of the ride at midnight on Friday.
Annetts finished third in the heavyweight rider on his horse Churinga Taboo.
Rachel Brown achieved her first Quilty buckle.
Club member Narelle Childs didn't finish the Quilty but was awarded her 10,000 kms distance scroll at the Australian Endurance Riding Association awards which were held on Thursday before the event.
Brown, who is the secretary-treasurer for the Tenterfield Endurance Riding Club, said it was "such a fantastic result for our little club."
