On the first day the home side lost both their Twenty20 games, finishing the day with a nine-wicket loss to North Coastal after going down by four wickets to Newcastle.
Fowler bowled three overs in the opening match, finishing with 1-3.
The second day was better for the Central North girls, beating North Coastal by three wickets.
At one stage it was looking like they might have a fair chase on their hands with the coastal side 1-55 after 11 overs.
But the Central North bowlers tightened the screws in the second half of the innings to restrict them to 7-82. Armidale's Vanessa Simpson was pivotal in the fightback claiming 3-7.
She then top-scored with 19 from 20, and put on 38 for the first wicket with skipper Mim Barbara (18) to set the foundation for the run chase.
They did have a bit of a wobble in the middle order, but Sophie Parsons (9no) and Fowler, who made six not out after facing 10 deliveries, saw them over the line, Parsons smacking the ball to the boundary to bring up the win with three overs to spare.
Backing up against Newcastle in the afternoon, some tight bowling restricted Central North to 7-60 from their 20 overs.
In reply, Newcastle got the runs three wickets down and inside 13 overs.
Fowler faced five balls for one not out during the match against Newcastle and bowled two overs for 0-8.
