Members of Tenterfield Traditional Archers and Tenterfield Thunder senior soccer helped with the setting up, packing away, serving and general logistical work of the huge undertaking, freeing up Oracles organisers to focus on other tasks.

Mrs Rose said although the committee was 'in panic mode' two weeks ahead of the festival due to poor ticket sales, ultimately attendance figures were higher than ever.
"In the wash up there was a very healthy profit."
On the receiving end of some of those proceeds, the archery club will put it towards a storage container. Meanwhile the soccer club needs a new line-marker.
Mrs Rogan said she was overwhelmed with the wonderful donation and thanked Oracles on behalf of the archers. Mrs Newman found the experience a great team-building exercise for her club.
Members of both groups are now also ambassadors for the festival after not being overly familiar with it to start with.
Mrs Rose said the groups did an amazing job and the committee is happy to reinvest back into the community. It will be advertising again in coming months for any group interested in helping out at Oracles 2020.
As Mrs Rose pointed out, otherwise you have to sell an awful lot of raffle tickets to clear $1500. The commitment on the part of clubs is not overwhelming, this year amounting to a total of around 10 man hours per group.
